How do you deal with negative emotions? In the last couple of days I've experienced a lot of negative emotions. I was stood up by someone. Oh no you didn't! I waited all morning and this person didn't even show or call. Don't they know who I am?! And then I was disappointed by another person. I trusted them and even went out of my way to vouch for them. How dare they disappoint me?!

One day I was out for a walk and I noticed a group of older Asian folks at the playground. They were standing in a circle, swinging their arms around, slapping at their shoulders, wigging their hips, and swaying their bodies around. I was like "what the dealio...??"
There’s something about being suspended in the air on a piece of silk that always appealed to me. The flowiness of the silk, the way the fabric wraps around the artist’s body and when they do that thing where they drop into the splits with the fabric pulling their legs apart… ummm yah, sign me up.
