But what about keto?? Yes, keto is super trendy right now. It seems like everyone’s on keto. But so was Atkins. And so was Whole 30. Remember the bean diet? Everyone was eating beans and farting up a storm back in the day thanks to the Slow Carb diet. These diets are trendy because of sneaky marketing. Get over it.
So what is the best diet, for real? Here’s a quick checklist:
