Welcome to my blog! I can't wait to share with you my musings on fitness, health, travel, and ninja stuff. Like do Shaolin Monks wear underwear under their robes? and what's a girl got to do to be invited to a monastery for some ninja training?

Besides ninja stuff, I will be sharing my favourite recipes, travel tips, health tips, work outs, and other cool life stuff. I'm wildly passionate about food, travel, life, funny things, and finding balance.

Balance is what I'm all about. I believe you can learn to have it all- health and fitness, all while enjoying your life through travel & good food. l This isn't your typical "chicken, rice, & broccoli" personal trainer blog! I will show you how I achieve balance in my life.

I hear you girlfriend! Oh those vodka sodas are sneaky aren't they? Thank you so much for your comment & I'll work on a post for you this week. Enjoy your vacation Paula!

Here's a few quickie tips to get you started:

1. Drink a glass of water with each cocktail.
2. Walk and move around as much as you can. If you can get to the gym once or twice that's great but lots of walking on the beach will do you good. While carrying your baby ;)
3. Eat only the best food! Don't waste calories on crappy mediocre food. Make it worth it.
4. Fill your plate up with vegetables first.
5. Eat to satiety and stop when you're full, not "omg I'm at an all inclusive buffet with all the fooooood" full...
6. Enjoy yourself!
